Frequently Asked Questions: In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup is a great way to get your books without having them shipped to you. Skip the line by shopping online- we do all the work for you!
It's free! Once your order is finalized & processed, you'll receive an email confirming your order is ready to be picked up anytime during our store hours.
Submit your order online as normal- once all your desired books are in your cart, proceed with the checkout. When you come to delivery method, select In-Store Pickup from the drop down menu. That's it! Online ordering for Fall 2019 semester opens on Monday, August 5, 2019.
Anytime during our store hours after receiving the confirmation email! Watch for an email confirming your order has been processed- when you see that, stop in when it works for you. You can find our store hours here.
*Please allow at least TWO business days for your order to be processed. Based on the availability of items on your order, your order may take longer to process than the standard two business days. Please be sure to watch your email for confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up before coming in to the bookstore.
Pick up is in the bookstore at the bookstore information counter. Please bring an ID with you, and have your order number handy.
Absolutely! Simply choose your preference for each textbook (ex: used preferred, new rental preferred, etc.), and we will do our best to fulfill your order as you submit it. Please note: the last day to bring back any fall semester rental textbooks is Thursday, January 2, 2020. Per the rental agreement, failure to bring back a rental book will result in your student account being charged the new cost of the textbook.
If you need to return a book from your order, simply bring the book(s) in to the store by the returns deadline, along with the receipt you will find in your box. The deadline to return a fall semester textbook for a full refund is Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
