In the interest of health and safety related to COVID-19, the St. Kate’s Bookstore will be closed to in-store customers starting March 17th, 2020 until further notice. Our website is open though and you can order anytime!
We are committed to still helping students, staff, faculty and community members during this time. We will be processing web orders, offering course material support, etc.
Many of our products are available online. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or contact us via our contact page and we’ll get back to you!
As you transition to online learning, we are ready to help you. We have plenty of books still in stock and are offering free shipping at this time!
We have two ebook providers and they’ve got some good offerings right now:
RedShelf: Through RedShelf Responds initiative, they’re providing free access to digital textbooks (to students from nonprofit, semester-based colleges and universities) through May 25th, thanks to the generosity of our publishing partners. Learn more by visiting: https://studentresponse.redshelf.com/
VitalSource, one of our online textbook providers, is offering free access to ebooks for students at identified semester-calendar institutions through May 25, 2020. While over 100 leading publishers have made ebooks available through this program, courseware and titles from non-participating publishers aren’t included. Students can get started using this service today at bookshelf.vitalsource.com by logging in with their institution-provided email address. Each account can access up to seven titles.
